If you are still thinking what to search, here you can pick a word to start with.

    How the scoring works
    1. Narrowing. One or two generic words are broad, so the tool suggests specific niches first and checks the one you pick.
    2. Demand. Counts Google autocomplete suggestions for the phrase in your market. More suggestions means more real searches. Question words like how and best add weight.
    3. Competition. Checks whether the exact-match .com domain is taken and whether Wikipedia has an exact article on the topic. Both taken means strong competition.
    4. Verdict. Strong demand with weak competition is Ideal. Decent demand is OK. Anything unclear is Maybe. Weak demand is volume too low, and strong competition is not for starters.
    What does Niche Hunter check?

You type a hobby or topic. If the word is broad, like calculator, the tool narrows it to a specific niche first. Then it checks demand and competition signals and gives a verdict: Ideal, OK, or Maybe for starters, or No.

What makes a niche easy for a starter site?

Three things: it is specific enough to target with one page or tool, real people show demand for it, and the competition is weak, meaning no exact-match authority page and no taken exact-match domain blocking you.

What data does the scoring use?

Only free public signals: Google autocomplete suggestion depth for demand, exact-match .com domain availability, and Wikipedia exact-article matches for competition. Scores are heuristic estimates, not paid keyword data.

Is it really free and unlimited?

Yes. Everything runs in your browser, there is no signup, and there are no credits. Past reports are saved on your device and reopen from cache.
